Cancellations

Prepaid classes are non-refundable, even in the case of absence.

Please note that due to government guidelines for COVID-19, we will take precautions to ensure a safe learning environment. If government guidelines prevent us from safely delivering a class in person, we will either move the class to a live online session or reschedule the class for a later date.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please check your voucher's expiration date prior to booking your class.
